Do volunteers need an account?

No. Offering to serve needs no sign-in. Team leaders and managers sign in to manage shifts.

Is volunteer management on every plan?

Yes.

Can volunteers be linked to department reports?

Yes. When a volunteer team has the same name as a department, its hours appear in that department's monthly report.
